Refund & Cancellation Policy

Understanding our cancellation terms and refund procedures.

1. Travel & Tour Cancellations

1.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin.royalrps@gmail.com.

1.2 The following cancellation charges apply based on the number of days prior to departure:

  • 30 days or more: 10% of total package cost
  • 15 to 29 days: 25% of total package cost
  • 7 to 14 days: 50% of total package cost
  • Less than 7 days / No show: 100% of total package cost (No Refund)

1.3 Flight tickets and certain hotel bookings may be non-refundable depending on the specific airline or hotel policy. Such conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.

2. Membership & Investment Plan Cancellations

2.1 Membership plans are designed for long-term commitment. Early cancellation may result in penalties.

2.2 If a member wishes to cancel their plan within the first 6 months, an administrative fee of 15% will be deducted from the total deposited amount.

2.3 After 6 months, cancellations will be processed according to the specific terms outlined in the individual membership agreement signed at inception.

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Eligible refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.

3.2 Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

4. Force Majeure

In cases where a tour is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we will offer alternative dates, credit notes, or partial refunds as feasible, minus non-recoverable costs already paid to vendors.
